Absolutely No Excuses!
They call him “The Fit Bastard.” It’s not because he’s a jerk or anything. In fact, he’s one of the nicest, most genuine guys you’ll ever meet in the fitness industry.
He’s also one of the most motivational guys you’ll ever meet (in a “boot camp, drill sergeant” kind of way!)
He got his nickname, “The Fit Bastard,” because he makes his clients work their BUTTS off, and because he accepts absolutely, positively NO EXCUSES.
His usual response to excuses:
“Yeah… so… what are you going to do about it?”
and then he usually he says something to the effect of, “Now, 10 more reps!”
And then his clients mutter under their breath… “bastard!”
Until they see the results … fat melting away, mounds of chiseled new muscle, then they thank him!
His name is Scott Tousignant… “The Fit Bastard.”
I’ve known Scott for about a year and a half now, since he was one of the 100 people who participated in my live 4-part Body Of Your Dreams Teleseminar last year.
Since then, I’ve gotten to know Scott a little better and just recently Scott agreed to join our team as a contributing writer and forum moderator in the Soon to be launched Burn The Fat Inner Circle (launch date is September 19th).
Trust me – his articles and other writings are down right MOTIVATIONAL to say the least! This guy oozes positive energy.
I DARE you to send your “excuses” to Scott about why you “can’t” get in shape! — too busy, got 9 kids, got tendinitis, working 73 hours a week.. whatever… I DARE you!
All I can say is, if you happen to become one of the Burn The Fat “insiders” next month when the BURN THE FAT INNER CIRCLE members-only site opens, you’d better not bring any excuses with you… Or you WILL be hearing from Scott about it (me too!).
Guys, be sure to visit Scott’s website at
Or if you’re among the superior of the two genders, visit:
I’ll be introducing you to some of the other Burn The Fat Inner Circle staff members, moderators and contributing writers in the days and weeks to come, as well as sharing some sneak previews and a very special report that I’ve been working on.
Check back often – this blog will be updated often over the next 26 days and it will be your news pipeline for this exciting new community about to burst onto the internet fitness scene
Train hard and expect success,
Tom Venuto
