‘Ride-em Cowboy’ Core Trainer… “I Gallop Because I Lazy”…
After yesterday’s blog about the vibration platform (power plate), someone emailed me a link to another vibrating $5,000 “exercise” machine… You gotta see this… “I gallop Because I lazy…” giddyup!
This is from Randall van Der Woning’s Hong-Kong based blog… Take a look and be sure to check out the link to TV commercial..

Hi Tom. This is off topic of your last couple of blogs, but just wanted to say, three days ago I bought your BURN THE FAT book and feel enormously different already, especially at the mind level. I'm motivated and immensely optimistic, which is very new for me, after having followed upteen plans that didn't work. It's so nice to be able to eat carbs, proteins and healthy fats in one beautifully balanced meal for a change. I look forward to eating and never feel hungry whatsoever. I'm also enjoying exercise again.

I don't know about this exericse equipment - it's crazy this new stuff they keep coming out with - I still love the bowflex as I have used it for many years.

I noticed the link to my iGallop entry, and immediately thought you'd get a kick out of this post -- which would go well with your recent mention of the vibrating platform.

Hi Tom,
Just thought I would share with you an anecdote regarding this iGallop product (which has been marketed massively over here in Asia).
I bought your BFFM book not long ago and have been following the program for a few months with great results so far. My parents have been quite impressed with my progress, so has my wife's parents. Both my dad and my wife's father decided they were going to do something about their expanding waistline. My dad took my advice and bought a treadmill while my father-in-law bought, you guess it, the iGallop product!
Fast-forward to the present, my dad has already lost 2kg and an inch off his waist while my father-in-law is still walking around with a bulging gut. Funny thing is that the iGallop product has remained largely untouched in his living room! :-)
