First!
On another serious note, this is such awesome news. Finally, a real, easy to ready and honest account of how to burn fat, natural and healthy without any crazy combos or other strange things.
This is going to get some kind of award in 2009. You might even end up on Oprah! Just don't pull a Tom Cruise and jump on the sofa.
This is one of many reviews I think you'll be seeing quite soon.

I agree with Marc David. You are going to recieve some kind of an award in 09 and you will end up on Oprah. And as your friend and knowing your peresonality a little bit, again, I agree with Marc; you will not jump on the sofa.
Just remember; if after you talk to Oprah; if she needs a fitness trainer to get her to the level that she has never been able to maintain; I am the guy in the windy city who can; and will do it.
Keep up the great work t,
Darin

anyone in Chicago in search of a personal trainer... (Including Oprah!), if they do their do diligence, will find that all roads lead back to Darin Steen... who does it naturally, and sets the example by walking his talk.
