For Men Who Want To Get Leaner Faster

I’ve been a fitness professional and fat loss coach helping guys get leaner for more than 22 years. But over the past year, I’ve been making an “outrageous” promise that many people found hard to believe. What is my “outrageous” new promise that sparked all this controversy?

It’s simple: I promise that with the proper nutrition techniques combined with two types of training and certain motivational and psychological “success factors”, you can transform your body in only 49 days

If you’re skeptical too, then don’t take my word for it. As Carl Sagan once said, “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.”

Take a look at the 49-day body transformation for men web page, and scroll down to the before and after photos.

You’ll see for yourself how success story after success story has been pouring out of our growing international “Burn the Fat” community in record numbers this year, and you’ll learn how you too can get leaner, faster:

Tom, do you ever where a shirt?

By the way, in the BFFM e-book that I have, you have a great Freudian Slip. I don’t know if it has been corrected or pointed out previously:

“… you will look like a walking anatomy chart and total strangers have the irresistible urge to FEED you…”

I’m hoping you meant “FEEL” and that people won’t see me and think I need more food. I am having a hard enough time eating as much as I need now!

actually, if you ask ANYone who trains with me or knows me, they wonder if I ever take my sweatshirt off. I always train covered up in the gym not in tank tops… shirt comes off for photo shoots, contests of course… and the occasional trip to the beach.. Re freudian slip, no FEED you is correct… meaning: you are SOOOO ripped, so lean, with so little body fat, strangers have the urge to FEED you… as in you have no fat!!!! (fatten up!!!) . Cheers!

I do 1 hour of cardio as described in Burn the FAT and Feed the MUSCLE and I do one hour of resistance at nite.

In about 50 days last sprint and summer I dropped down to single digit body fat and added 20 pounds of lean muscle as promised in the book and according to my goal setting.

Maybe if I had set my goals higher I could have done it faster but nonetheless, if the PRINCIPLES of GOAL SETTING NUTRITION RESISTANCE TRAINING CARDIO and blood sweat and tears are followed as descrived in BURN THE FAT, FEED THE MUSCLE of course it can be acheived.

The 49 days is not so important as learning the lifestyle changes and the mindset of the process because of day 50 51 52… and so on… you will still want to HIT IT just as HARD or HARDER as the RESULTS ARE MY PROOF!

Thanks TOM for telling the TRUTH… becuase the TRUTH set me FREE!

That is really awesome. But isn’t 60 minutes of cardio and weight training too much? Obviously it is working for you but I thought the ideal training times were somewhat less than that. I’m just restarting and doing 45 minutes of cardio 3-4x a week and lifting 3x a week. I find that if I am not careful my lifting takes me as much time as I will give it, meaning I spend too much time resting between sets. If I speed the movements up a bit and rest less, I can’t lift as much…but I am thinking that is what is supposed to happen so I don’t have to spend an hour lifting weights.

The BFFM program is working for me. I was in good shape prior to staring the program, however following the BFFM program has helped me loose 7 pounds of fat and 4 waist sizes (40 to 36 inch waist), along with providing me consistent energy levels through out the day which has helped my resistance training and running.

Bottom line: I have more energy and fell better. No Energy Peaks and Valleys.

After 90 days friends and family started commenting on my “FAT LOSS”.

    Hi Tom…
Not everything we do is always success. To get the ideal weight, we must also manage our diet. I have also ever failed to follow the weight loss program. Maybe some people violate the rules that you give so it does not work.

I think it’s possible for someone to get in shape in 49 days. Like you said with the right nutrition and exercises it can happen as long as the person is willing, it’s very possible.

And to think, I heard there’s a program that takes 90 days- WAY too long :-)

It really is amazing at how much these people are transforming their bodies in just 7 weeks.

THank you for taking the right and healthy approach to weight loss. Your attitude reminds me of Chris Powell, the host of ABCs Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition.

Chris has got to be one of the kindest, most caring personal trainers out there and already he has inspired me and my family to change our ways. We seriously watch every week at 10 pm and are so amazed at what Chris is able to do with these people. Not only from a weight loss perspective – but also from a mental health perspective. You MUST WATCH. ANd keep up the positive healthy message you’re sending out yourself!

Very impressive results, but not really that surprising to me. If you follow the right exercise and nutrition program, you can make some pretty major chenges to your body, even in just 49 days. BFFM shows you how to create the right exercise and nutrition program.
